At Pregnancy Care Center, every service we offer is provided at no cost and in a confidential setting. Through the support of our community, we are able to remove barriers to care and ensure women and families can access the help they need without financial pressure.
The services below reflect the ways supporters, volunteers, and partners come together to provide medical care, education, and practical support to women facing unplanned pregnancies.
Pregnancy Testing and Consultations
At VITA Choices Pregnancy Center, we offer free, confidential, self-administered, early detection hCG pregnancy tests. Our timely consultations provide compassion, care, and guidance, while showing the Love of Christ in practical ways.
We aim to offer hope and empower our clients to explore life-affirming alternatives to abortion; ensuring they feel heard, supported, cared for, and well informed every step of the way.
Parenting Classes and Support Groups
We provide educational classes and support groups to equip parents with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting confidently.
Post-Abortion Support
After an abortion, some people feel relief, shame, regret, denial, numbness, anger, anxiety, or depression. Your feelings are unique to you, and you are entitled to your emotions surrounding abortion. You do not have to hide them or be afraid to share. Whenever you need us, we can help. Adoption Process Education
Sometimes a birth parent is not ready to raise a child and simply cannot see another way out. Clients who want to consider adoption are referred to Christian adoption agencies and/or maternity homes for further compassionate support.

Through our Blessings Boutique, we offer a variety of essential items to help families prepare for the arrival of their newborn and relieve some of the increased financial strain they may be facing in years to come.
